We offer a FREE DELIVERY on all UK orders. Orders are subject to 1-3 days processing.  Once processed you will receive your courier tracking number via email.  We will contact you if there is a delay or items are out of stock.   UK orders usually take 3-5 working days. 

We also offer a NEXT DAY DELIVERY service for UK orders, Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and Public Holidays).  Next Day delivery service: £10

international orders

International shipping is charged at £15 for EUROPE & US and £25 for the rest of the world

Allow 7-10 days for international orders.

free uk exchanges

We offer a free and easy exchange returns service for all UK orders. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please email to let us know: hello@thesummeredit.com.  We will hold the new item if available and dispatch it free of charge when the first item arrives back to us.

returns

Unsuitable items, in perfect condition (unworn, not washed or altered with tags and security ribbon still fully attached), must be returned to us in original packaging, within 14 days of delivery date. Worldwide returns can be made within 28 days of purchase.  Please use only recorded postal services so that your parcel can be tracked. We are not responsible for parcels sent without proof of posting.

Please allow 3-5 working days for returns to be processed, once return has been received. If the return passes inspection, a refund will be issued to the same account as the purchase payment made. Refund payments can take between 4-6 working days. Please note that shipping is non-refundable.

RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF THE BLACK SECURITY RIBBON HAS BEEN REMOVED. PARTIAL OR NO REFUNDS WILL BE CONSIDERED WHEN:

• Item is not in its original condition, damaged or is unable to be re-sold for reasons not due to our error.

• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

tax & vat

For customers in the UK all prices include Duty and VAT.  The Summer Edit will refund VAT on all export orders. Our international customers are responsible for any local duty and customs charges. Courier will contact you to make the duty/customs payment when the order is ready for delivery.  Any consignments refused by you (the importer) will incur international shipment and return costs - these will be deducted from any refund.
